Step 1 – Cook Vegan Chicken Pan-fry vegan chicken until crisp and golden. Remove and set aside. Step 2 – Sauce Base In wok, combine orange juice + zest, soy, maple syrup, vinegar. Simmer 2 minutes. Step 3 – Thicken Add slurry, whisk until glossy. Step 4 – Combine Add bell pepper strips + vegan chicken. Toss to coat. Step 5 – Serve Garnish with green onions. Serve hot with rice.
